18 Oct. 2023

External Event | Online

The 2nd FOODCoST Mobilisation and Mutual Learning Workshop will be held online on the 18 October from 9am to 10:30 am (CET), with the title “Separating local external effects of agricultural production from national average estimations: illustration for the impact of fine particulate on health”.

The FOODCoST project will be co-created in synergy with key actors from farming and food systems following a multi-actor approach. We aim to provide the state of the art of the discussion about methodology and potential applicability of True Cost Accounting (TCA) for more sustainable food systems. Participation will give stakeholders the opportunity to discuss the issue with other likeminded people in this network.

How to participate?

Please fill in this form if you would like to participate. You will receive the invitation link after the registration is complete. We kindly ask you to please register before 14 October.

About the FOODCoST MML workshops

This will be the second in a series of 12 MML workshops that are to be organised throughout the duration of the FOODCoST project, with the goal of collecting knowledge and experiences from various external key actors, covering specific topics regarding methodology and data used to calculate external costs and benefits, as well as policy and business models.

The insights collected from the workshops will then also be analysed and discussed within the project’s Community of Practice, allowing for a constant exchange of valuable information.
